We are not a 24-hour emergency road service operation — but we do want to help any stranded customers out as best we can.
If we can determine that your problem appears to be fixable where you stand, we may send a mechanic out right away to either get the vehicle running smoothly again or at least allow you to drive it to our shop.
If it must be towed, then we will arrange for towing to our shop.
In both cases we cannot provide service to any non-customers who would like to have their vehicle worked on by another area repair center, because we focus our entire attention on J. LaRue Auto Care customers only.
